Rescue Shelter Support
Specialist Support for Rescue Dogs
I work with rescue shelters to assess dogs, build behaviour and training plans, and get them ready for life with a new family. Once adopted, I help rescue dogs settle in, adjust to their new world and work through their past - so the whole family can move forward together.
Understand Your Dog on a Deeper Level
When you know where your dog is coming from and how to listen and communicate clearly with them, you learn how to work together as a team to reach their true potential.
Practical, Personal, Honest
I use a grounded, evidence based and hands-on approach to help you put theory into action; using methods built on trust to best suit you and your dog. I give you honest, objective and practical guidance; a clear path forwards beside your dog as a team.
Jodi and Pepe -
“My dog became very fearful and reactive after leg surgery. Working with Sezan has transformed our lives. We were provided with a fantastic action plan, and taking part in the Oz Dogs Support Group has allowed us to practise everything in real world situations. Sezan has been an absolute life-safer. Highly recommend.”
Frank and Elsie -
“Sezan was excellent in helping us overcoming Elsie’s reactive behaviour to other dogs. She was diligent in understanding the behaviour and analysing the root cause. The report and subsequent training sessions and methodologies were thorough and effective. Sezan provided us with the right tools and coached us in our behaviour to help Elsie deal with and respond to the situations we were struggling with. We are delighted with the outcome and the positive change in Elsie’s behaviour. Would highly recommend Oz Dogs for their expertise and professional competence”.
